Inspiring atmosphere
Upon your arrival in the heart of the Baddeck River valley, you will immediately feel the impact of our natural environment as you find yourself surrounded by farm land and grazing livestock.
The smoke-free Cloisters, built using a reclaimed church timber from Amherst, Nova Scotia, serves as the formal venue for your event. Beginning on the first floor with the meeting room and continuing with our restaurant - Flavours - on the second floor, your utmost privacy combined with unique architecture of our Cloisters are the corner stones of the inspiring atmosphere experienced here at Crown Jewel.

Main venue
The heart of our corporate retreat offering is the spacious meeting room located on the first floor of the Cloisters. Framed by the character of heavy hand-hewn timbers, leather chairs and a handcrafted black iron conference table, the meeting room seats 12 people and can be reconfigured to seat up to 16 people in a cinema style if needed.
The 60" LCD TV enables computer generated presentations, DVDs, videos and connection to the internet during your meetings.

Accommodations
We have 8 rooms in the Sheiling Guesthouse. Each room has one queen bed with full en-suite bathroom.
The lounge and the bar located in the Sheiling's basement are yours to enjoy in between meetings or while socializing and relaxing after hours.
