It is then seconded by the return of the Canada Geese to their nesting places, new calves from our Highland cattle and the cleansing flights of our honey bees. Soon after, Coltsfoot flowers dot the fields, Fiddleheads raise their heads and the first buds explode with amazing shades of green. Cancellation policy
- 2+ weeks before the reservation start date - 25% of the reservation value is charged on the credit card.
- Less than two weeks - 50% of the reservation value is charged on the credit card.
- Less than 48 hours - 100% of the reservation value is charged on the credit card.
- Cancellation due to weather: 100% of the reservation value is charged on the credit card (50% non-refundable +  50% credit toward any future reservation).
