Dog sledding: Dog sledding may be physically demanding, especially when traveling uphill. It is important that you are fit and agile. Goggles highly recommended. Age restrictions apply - 12 years of age and older. Horse driving and riding: Horse driving is available for horse lovers of any experience level. Our horseback, trail-riding adventures are designed for experienced riders due to the rugged and untouched nature of our wilderness trails. Helmets (mandatory) are available. Age restrictions apply - 12 years of age and older. Eco-expeditions: Our eco-expeditions are designed for a wide range of fitness levels - from level 1 to 4+. Please call if you have children under 12. Fly-fishing: Our fly-fishing adventures are designed for all ages and fitness levels. However, we carry waders for adults only.
Crown Jewel is located in North America’s north-east temperate zone. Our temperatures vary: in winter -10 to -15C/0F or lower. Spring and fall (typically rainy) - low teens (40F) to low 20’s (70F). In summer - to 28 (87F) or higher.
