Crown Jewel Resort Ranch invites you to join us for an educational evening of gourmet Russian cuisine paired with wines presented by a our guest chef- Yvonne Levert . Yvonne is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, France with the prestigious Grand Diplome. Retired from teaching in the Hospitality Administration Department at CBU, she operates La Cuisine des Gourmets Catering Services from her home. She consults to the hospitality industry and has recently written a book with co-author Jim Sinclair-“Nancy’s Wedding Feast and other Tasty Tales”. She is a CBC columnist; her commentary is called Taste Sensations. She is a member of Canadian Federation of Chefs de Cuisine & La Chaine des Rotisseurs.
