Lettuces and leeks, basil and chives, tender and begging to be harvested for soups, salads and casseroles promise only the finest ingredients to enhance the fare found at Flavours of Crown Jewel.

At Crown Jewel we produce only organic vegetables and herbs in carefully prepared, pesticide and herbicide-free plots, lovingly hand-weeded. We strive to provide only the very best our gardens can grow and to offer small luxuries such as organically grown, fresh mint to spice up your well-deserved “tee” time. And, as our harvests increase and our growing season is extended with greenhouse production, we plan to offer, on site, organically grown vegetables and herbs at our traditional “Farmer's Market”.
